Cash Flow

With a cash flow-centric approach to acquisitions, our equity partners receive continuous revenue for the life of the investment. Thus, providing the ability to produce monthly cash flow on a truly passive basis.

Appreciation

Investors own an equity share of the asset based on their investment. Through repositioning, we are able to force the appreciation of the asset by increasing the net operating income (NOI).

Conservative in both market and deal selection, apartment communities that meet our criteria are carefully underwritten (analyzed) to ensure strong investor returns while limiting risk exposure.

Acquisition

Significant value is captured through interior & exterior renovations, improvements to operations, and more effective revenue management.

Reposition

Capitalizing on this newly created value, the apartment community is refinanced, allowing us to return a significant portion of our investors' initial equity.

Refinance

Using market analysis and broker consultation, the apartment community is sold at the end of the business plan.  Any remaining initial equity, in addition to profits from the sales proceeds, are returned to our investors.
